Inclusive with this we are currently supplying FREE concealed ventilation, bird guard and felt Trays.*

All existing fascias, soffits, guttering will be removed ready for the installation of Solid 18mm white fascias and 9mm white soffits fixed directly to your roof spars.

The first row of tiles will be slid back in readiness for the new felt trays that will replace your old felt and then placed back into position.*

The choice of guttering and fall pipes is black, white or brown in square or round.

All work shall be carried out off of correct staging and scaffolding.

All debris will be removed from site by ourselves at our cost and disposed of.

We Do NOT require any payment up front and the balance will not be asked for until all work and been completed and inspected by ourselves and yourself and you are entirely happy with the work we have carried out.

* Some Roofs ie. Slate roofs can not take bird guard and is not required. Also on certain roofs ie. Pan tiled the first row of tiles can not be slid back as the felt tray can be sat to the top of the roof spar.
